A personal meeting or video conference call at your convenience is initially required as a project kick-off, focusing on personal preferences, brands, colours, materials, and detail. From this, items are identified and budgeted before an order is placed, with a deposit confirming final lead times and delivery dates.

Some clients wish to be involved throughout, others less so.

LAIMA MATKEVICIUTE-PALIN

Founder & Managing Director

Laima has enjoyed a career of over 25 years in VIP and VVIP aviation, with experience of operating worldwide and serving many cultures.

Formerly engaged as Chief Flight Attendant in a Head of State Flight, she has also occupied similar roles directly for high profile owners in the corporate, finance, property and sporting sectors.

Laima has significant experience of each of the principal business jets, including small and midsize jets, larger Bombardier Challenger and Global, Dassault Falcon, Embraer Legacy and Gulfstream models, together with those from Airbus and Boeing. She has been responsible for some exclusive aircraft in recent years, acting with absolute discretion and required confidentiality to ensure that owners' demanding expectations were fully met.
